This was done on Ultimate mortal kombat 3 rev 1.2 Arcade. If you verse Shao Kahn beat him the first round and on the second round beat him all the way down leaving 1 hit left. Do a teleport punch to finish him off as he throws a green fireball and that is when the glitch happens. The first time I did it the screen turned all kinds of different colors. You will also notice in the video the sound cuts out a little too. Seems to be different every time I do the glitch. Not sure if this was already found but here it is. Seems I'm the only 1 who had found this glitch as it is nowhere else on the net.
